Does TextFit upload my text?
No. The current version counts text in your browser with local JavaScript.
Why are some presets verified and others guides?
Some platforms publish exact field limits. Others change UI behavior or do not publish a stable public limit, so TextFit labels those as writing ranges.
What is weighted CJK counting?
Some ad systems count Japanese, Chinese, and Korean full-width characters as 2. TextFit shows that count next to normal characters and bytes.
